Playtime with Noor & Aziz

Playtime with Noor & Aziz is a series of 140 episodes consisting of 36 repeated Muppet segments starring Rohingya twin Muppets, Noor and Aziz, and 140 original Watch, Play, Learn animations dubbed into Rohingya. These segments come together to create 140 10-minute episodes where Noor & Aziz explore topics relating to social-emotional learning, math, health & safety and science. This series is distributed via direct services in Humanitarian Play Labs in Rohingya refugee camps in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. It is also available on YouTube for diaspora communities. Rohingya is a verbal language only - there is no written element. Playtime with Noor & Aziz not only provides early learning education to refugee children whose education was interrupted by conflict in Myanmar, but it preserves the Rohingya language through spoken word. Playtime with Noor & Aziz won the 2023 Anthem Award for Special Projects.
